  1. Search and find products or tickets
  2. Log in if you are already a customer. If you are not already a customer, you can easily register as a customer
  3. Choose kind of delivery
  4. Enter the customer data
  5. Choose the payment method
  6. Approve the sales and delivery conditions
  7. Check if all the information is correct
  8. Optionally approve newsletter subscription
  9. Approve the purchase – your order receipt can now be seen on-screen and you will receive your receipt via email in minutes.

Ceramic.dk receives payment with VISA, Mastercard, Meastro and Mobile Pay (DK). Payment will only be deducted from your account when the confirmation is send or when a booking is confirmed.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT, but excl. credit card charges. These costs appear separately and as part of the total amount during the order flow before the payment is made.

Ceramic.dk uses an approved payment server (solution via Bambora) that encrypts all your card information. This means that one cannot read your information from outside ceramic.dk.

Shipping and delivery
Ceramic.dk delivers non-physical products and they can be received per email as soon as the order is approved.


Right of return and cancellation
An order can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item. The goods must be returned in original packaging and packaging. Please be aware that you as a customer are responsible for the products until they are received by ceramic.dk. Therefore, we suggest that packets are always sent traceably, to prevent the packet from disappearing in the mail.

If you want to exchange one product for another, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the old one. Then ceramic.dk fully refunds the old order.

There is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets at ceramic.dk.

Ceramic.dk does not exchange tickets, neither in price groups, nor to any other location or date.

If the event for which you have tickets is cancelled, the ticket price will be reimbursed to your customer account if the event takes place indoors.

If the performance is an outdoor event, such as at “Guldagergaard garden”, the ticket price will be refunded to you if the cancellation takes place before the event begins. If the cancellation takes place after the beginning of the event, your ticket price will not be refunded.

Tickets purchased are refundable only in the event of cancellation. The refund is made to the debit card used to purchase the tickets.

If there is a refund, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount to Mette Blum Marcher at ceramic@ceramic.dk

Ceramic.dk assumes no responsibility to you, other than what is stated in the above points and mandatory legislation. In no case can Ceramic.dk be held liable for indirect losses or consequential damages.

Ceramic.dk records and uses personal information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
