  9. Approve the purchase Your order receipt can now be seen on-screen and you will receive your receipt via email in minutes.

Payment
Ceramic.dk receives payment with VISA, Mastercard, Meastro and Mobile Pay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped or when a booking is confirmed.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT, but excl. credit card charges. These costs appear separately and as part of the total amount during the order flow before the payment is made.

Ceramic.dk uses an approved payment server (solution via Bambora) that encrypts all your card information. This means that one cannot read your information from outside ceramic.dk.

Shipping and delivery
Ceramic.dk delivers on all business days, with orders entered before 12.00 am. Expected delivery time is 5 work days.

Non-physical products and can be received per email as soon as the order is approved.

We ship our products with the most advantageous for each shipment, preferably PostNord, GLS and UPS. All shipments have a tracking number so the package can always be tracked. You will receive an email with the information when the item has been shipped.

CLAIM AND RETURN

Right of return and cancellation
An order can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item. The goods must be returned in original packaging and packaging. Please be aware that you as a customer are responsible for the products until they are received by ceramic.dk. Therefore, we suggest that packets are always sent traceably, to prevent the packet from disappearing in the mail.

If you want to exchange one product for another, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the old one. Then ceramic.dk fully refunds the old order.

There is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets at ceramic.dk.

Complaint
All products from ceramic.dk come with a 24 month warranty. This warranty includes defects in materials and defects in production, but not damage caused by general use.

Exchanges
Ceramic.dk does not exchange tickets, neither in price groups, nor to any other location or date.

Cancellation
An event is canceled if the event is not completed at all. Changes in the repertoire, the venue, partial implementation of the event, etc. is therefore not a cancellation and the money is usually not refundable.

Refund
Tickets purchased are refundable only in the event of cancellation. The refund is made to the debit card used to purchase the tickets.

Reimbursement
If there is a refund, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount to Mette Blum Marcher at ceramic@ceramic.dk

Responsibility
Ceramic.dk assumes no responsibility to you, other than what is stated in the above points and mandatory legislation. In no case can Ceramic.dk be held liable for indirect losses or consequential damages.

Individual information
Ceramic.dk records and uses personal information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
