ARTIST-IN-RESIDENCES
The Artist-in-Residence Programme (AIR) is the cornerstone of Guldagergaard, bringing visiting artists into an international community and providing access to excellent facilities.
Artists, designers and craftspeople are selected through an open call via the application form below. Applicants to the AIR programme may apply for residencies of one to six months.
From time to time, Guldagergaard also offers themed residencies, which may also be applied for here.
All participants are chosen by our Advisory Board based on their application. We accept applications all year round, but we recommend that you send your application around six months before you wish to arrive.
Guldagergaard will gladly accept applications from anyone who professionally works with ceramics.
Applications Procedure
Please use the application form and make sure you have the following things ready when filling out the form:
– Three images of current work (JPEG, max 1 MB per file)
– A Project Description (overview, max 1 page)
– A resume of experience (CV or link to online version)
– An application fee of DKK 150
Evaluation of the Application
The Guldagergaard Ceramic Advisory Board evaluates all applications. The main criterion used in judging the applications is the quality of the presented work and project decription. All applicants will receive an answer to their application shortly after evaluation.
