OPEN CALL / PROJECT NETWORK GRANT

With this Open Call, we invite Danish applicants to apply for one of eight grant residencies under The Project Network.

The Grant Includes
– Your own workshop space with access to all ceramic-related facilities and a knowledge bank at Guldagergaard for six weeks 
– Accommodation in a single room in the beautiful old main building
– Individual tutorials with Danish and international guest artists
– Participation in mini-workshops on topics including plaster, wood firing, and photography
– Participation in excursions to Danish galleries and museums (coverage of transportation indluded). 
– Professional photography of your own works for your portfolio and joint PR for the project 
– Participation in a group exhibition at Guldagergaard with a catalog
– Materials and firing budget of DKK 10,000 per grant recipient.

Residency Periods – Project Network 2025
1) September 15 to October 27
2) November 3 to December 15

Application Deadline: June 1

Applicants can expect a response from Guldagergaard by no later than July 1.

Application Requirements
This is a talent development grant awarded to exceptionally talented recent Danish graduates. To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria at the time of application:

– You must have graduated within the last two years
– You must have a relevant educational background in ceramics
– Your final project must primarily involve clay as the material
– You must present a recommendation from your educational institution.

– A written motivation for your application
– Diploma from your Art School / Art Academy
– Three images of current work (JPEG, max 1 MB per file)
